1. Ralph Thycknes of Balterley, Staffs., gent.

 

2. John Preston of Almington, Staffs., gent. and Isabel his wife.

 

Property: All tofts, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, rents and hereditaments, in Tunstall and Betton under line, Salop, which were inheritance of Ralph Thycknes, grandfather of (1), and Ralph Thycknes father of (1). And one meadow with appurtenances in Almyngton called parsons meddowe or wood meddowe, which premises are in tenure of Thomas Bulkeley.

 

Consideration: Agreement between (1) and (2)
