Covenant to levy fine on the manor of Wollerton, a capital messuage called Wollerton Hall, the Dove-house yard and Hempbut adjoining, the four piece s before the house, the two Moor Banks the Mill Meadow, the Upper and Lower Heys, the two Moors, Lancashires Meadow, part of a meadow called Helshaw Meadow as now divided, the two Parsons Leasows, the Hickhale and Heycroft meadow, the Tunstones, the Ollery piece and Corn-hill, the plantation, the acres and Bradeleys, the Little Meadow adjoining, (formerly Thomas Dicken and John Beacall, now Sarah Dicken and William Ashley yeoman); another messuage called the Wood in the township of Wollerton (formerly Richard Brown, after Thomas Dicken, now Joseph Holland yeoman), The Orchards, the Pit Croft, the Little Meadow, the Nearer New Loons, the Further New Loons, the Meadow, the Ox Leasow, the Higher Ox Leasow, the Gibbons Loons, Smith's and New meadow, the Little Bradeleys, the Higher Bradeleys, the Wood Leasow; another messuage in the parish of Stoke upon Tern (Robert Webb, now Richard Powell yeoman), the Stubble, the Hog-yard, the Lower Wall field, the Calves Croft, the Upper Wall field, the Rough Leasow and Meadow, the Masties, the Little Bagfield, the Big Bagfield, the Bank and Cowpasture, the Winkon Sich, the Mill Meadow, the Manor Orchard, the Further Hempbut, the Manor Meadow, and the Manor Bank, the Picken, the Slang, the two Heath pieces, the Moor; another messuage and shop in Hodnett (formerly Leicester Antrrbus and Susannah Pye, after Penelope Ravenshaw, now Samuel Cartwright and John Addison); to the following uses:- Sarah Dicken to receive from the manor and Wollerton Hall a rent charge of £100 p.a. for life, with right of entry in case of non-payment; after which all the property shall be subject to any direction given in writing, to use of Richard de Courcy for life, after to use of such persons as Jane shall direct by deed or will, in default, to use of Jane and her heirs.
