Settlement on the marriage of Anne Gibbs of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster, to Henry Holton of Dewsbury, co. York, architect and surveyor, being a conveyance from Anne Gibbs to Edward Gibbs of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. of seventeen cottages (formerly nineteen) in Shottery, now in the tenures of William Claydon, Samuel Hopkins and others and the closes described in no. 31, now in the tenure of Frederick Waren; to hold the same to the use of the said Anne Gibbs and Henry Holtom for their lives, with remainder to their children.
