Description:

Incorporated 1919; ceased to trade 1963; wound up 1966. Latterly its principal asset was a shareholding in John Bagnall & Sons, Ltd. (a fellow Hingley subsidiary) which continued to operate the Bradley rolling mills. The acquisition of the Bradley business by N.Hingley & Sons, Ltd. was effected in connection with that of E. Baylie & Company, Ltd. whose principals had contracted to purchase the Bradley business from the Foster family.
