Congratulates him on taking the bold step of bringing his sister [Susan] to England. Feeling very happy at seeing her mother again. Says on Friday she is going with her brother, Henry, to a ball at some friends of his. "I went to lunch the other day at 20 Eaton Square. I can't say I though Carrie is looking very flourishing".
