Varying shares in 2 messuages (called Bartrams or Quiers Tenement from 1689) and lands originally belonging to Courtney family of Trethurff, Cornwall, as lords of a fraction of Crewkerne manor, passing ultimately to Bryant family of Misterton; tenement called Holwayshey and 2 messuages called the home living and Colliershay, originally belonging to Partridge family of North Perrott, passing ultimately to Bryant family. Marriage settlements of Henry Daubeney of Misterton, gent., and Mary Penn of London, 1689; Thomas Bryant, jun., sergemaker, and Betty Lawrence, wid., both of Misterton, 1757.
