RELEASE by Ann Poole of Snape within Weston, widow and relict of John Poole, late of the same, gentleman, deceased, to John Ellison Poole of the same, Esq., eldest son and heir at law of Ellison Poole, late of the same, gentleman, also deceased, who was eldest son and heir of the said John Poole, deceased, by the said Ann his wife; reciting Lease and Release of 8. and 9. Mar. 1764, whereby the mess., farm or tenement with appurts. at SNAPE was limited to trustees to the intent that the sd. Ann in the event of her surviving her husband should receive an annuity of £21, and whereas the sd. John Ellison Poole is now entitled to the fee simple of the sd. premises subject to the sd. annuity, and whereas the sd. John Ellison Poole having occasion to borrow the sum of £2,200 on the security of the sd. estate, the sd. Ann Poole has consented to release the sd. premises so charged with the sd. annuity and to accept the personal security of the sd. John Ellison Poole, now the sd. Ann Poole releases the sd. premises and all her estate, right, title and interest thereto. Paper.
