2. Richard Jesson, ironmaster, of West Bromwich, Co. Staffs., son of Thomas Jesson.

 

3. John Wright, ironmaster of the p. of Handsworth, Co. Staffs.

 

Recites sixpartite indentures of Lease and Release dated 21st and 22nd December, 1726, made between Elizabeth Jesson, widow of Thomas Jesson, Cornelius Jesson, Timothy Chambers and Mary Chambers, Richard Chambers and William Chambers and Josias Bull; also recites marriage settlement of Thomas Jesson and Mary Chambers, and recites last will and testament of Thomas Jesson, 6th October, 1762, both creating a trust concerning the disposition of Penns Moors (about 30 acres) in the p. of West Bromwich.

 

Creates a settlement and income for Elizabeth Jesson and an entail on Penns Moors,
