Leaves one moiety of his 17 acres of freehold land and 1 acre of copy hold land, together with tenements & buildings, to the Parson & Churchwardens of the Parish of Lambeth, the other half to Parson & Churchwardens of the Parish of St. Olave's Southwark. The rents & profits from each moiety to be distributed amongst the most needy & poor of each parish.
