Deeds of lease and release to lead the uses of a recovery between Mary Hayward of St Andrew's, Holborn, London, widow of Richard Hayward, late of Weston in Arden, gent, and Richard Hayward of St Andrew's Holborn, London, carver, only son and heir to Richard and Mary Hayward, and Christopher Horsnell/Horsnaile of St Andrew's, Holborn, mason, and Robert Manlove, also of St Andrew, Holborn, London, gent, by which the above mentioned property was transferred to Christopher Horsnell/Horsnaile so that he could become a tenant to the freehold prior to suffering a recovery in which Robert Manlove would demand against Christopher Horsnell/Horsnaile and Richard Hayward would be the vouchee, 1st and 2nd February. |
