Piece of land in the Hamlet of Barton St. Mary near the city but in the county of Gloucester measuring 78'6" on Regent Street, 82'6" at the back, 97' on Conduit Street and 98'8" on the west, with the 2 messuages erected thereon, one of which is called the "Raglan Arms".
