Agreement between Chichester Fortescue Garstin of Lymington, Hampshire, Esq., eldest son of John Garstin, deceased, and devisee of Ann Garstin, and Philip Godsal, Charles Baxter and Edward Macklew of Long Acre, Middlesex, coachmakers.

 

Covenant by C. F. Garstin to pay £182 17s with interest.

 

Power of attorney to collect rent of messuage, etc. at Phrapper Lane, near King Street, Oxmanton, in the suburbs of Dublin, occupied by William Clarke, bequeathed to him by Ann Garstin, until the said sum be paid.
