1) Re timber for Mr. Bowden from Mr. Blackbury, at price of 30/- per load of 17 pieces. 2) Re loans to William Stapley and Doctor Turner of the Admiralty. 3) Re his sister: "I understand that my sister Ann is a trouble to the house with her base and scurrulus language, pray tell her from me that if shee doe not behave herselfe better I will withdraw my hand and allow her nothing." Asks Pack to give her 10/- in part payment for the next quarter. Endorsed: "For Mr. John Pack over against Bare Key in thames street neere the Costom house". Seals: Remains of 1 papered applied seal. |
