One Quarry and Quarry Ground 9 acres with Dwelling House Barn and Outhouses. Also 2 Closes called Crawbridges divided into 5 Closes 18 acres. All formerly part of the Barton of West Bawcombe and in possession of Henry Damerell, yeoman, deceased and now of his widow the said Elizabeth Damerell, held by lease 20 February 1706 from Sir Richard Blackmore Kt. deceased for 99 years now on life of Elizabeth Damerell at 20s rent. Also messuage called Coytes Tenement and 4 Fields, 1 little Meadow, 2 little Orchards, late in possession of John Damerell, sergemaker, deceased since of John Shale and now or late of said Elizabeth Damerell. All held of Thomas Veale. Elizabeth Damerell to hold for ever of the chief lord(s) of the fee with use in place of a trust for 3 terms of 1000 years
