John de la Mare of Langley Burrell, knight, and Thomas son of Maurice de Berkeley, knight. Two weeks after St. Hilary, 18 Edw. III Final concord, made three weeks after Michaelmas, 17 Edw. III [20 Oct. 1343], and granted and recorded two weeks after St. Hilary, 18 Edw. III, concerning the manor of Langley Burel with the appurtenances except for the advowson; John has acknowledged the right of Thomas by his gift, and Thomas has granted it to John for life, with remainder to Reginald de Cobeham and Joan his wife and Reginald's issue, Thomas son of Thomas and his issue, and Thomas and his heirs.
