Description:

Whereby parties (1) and (2) covenant with Ogle Riggs and William Lewington, at the cost of (3) and (4) to levy in Trinity Term at the Court of Common Pleas 1 or more fines of the water mill called Nutbourne Mill with the grinding and boulting mills, the Mill pond and the outhouses etc. with the waste land adjoining the bank and marsh belonging to John Mounsher and 60 yards of ground on the east side of the channel all lately purchased by the said William Lewington from John and Sarah Mounsher. And also of the messuage with an orchard and one acre of land and all other lands of Samuel Roe situate in Barnham with appurtenances lately purchased by the said Ogle Riggs from Samuel and Mary Roe by the name of 2 messuages, 1 water-mill, one garden, one orchard and 12 acres of land in the parishes of Westbourne and Barnham.
