Description:

Deeds, bonds, receipts and schedules of deeds concerning the mortgage of the Hellens estate by Edward Wallwyn to John Pittman for £200 and interest (3rd. October, 1804).

 

More money was later borrowed from Mr. John Powell Jnr., of Fawley, Fownhope on the same security and after the death of John Pittman the mortgage was transferred according to his will to Chandos Hoskyns of Hereford (May, 1829.).
