By William Blythe and Anthony Blythe to John Farrar and Edward Bathecombe of the manors of Quarmby and Barnby upon Don.

 

The deeds effecting this are.

 

(1) Tripartite indenture of bargain and sale to which Nicholas Farrar and Edward Hawke are introduced as third parties for the purpose of a recovery to be made.

 

(2) Fine between Farrar and Bathecombe, querents, and William and Anthony Blythe, deforciants.

 

(3) Exemplification of the same fine.

 

(4) Agreement as to payment of the purchase money.
