Fixed rents (free tenants, rent of Bertone, conventionary tenants, farm of Tresulyan and Tregadowe/Tregasowe mills); perquisites of court (include relief upon death of John Trenowyth); payment of rent (to lord of Trewythgy for chief rent of Trevry and Ponstresulyan, to lord of Tebesta for motlet of Penwolpera, and to John Dynham, knight, for fine of suit of court and homage respited); steward's expenses; [minor expenses] erecting a hedge with 3 rows of live plants at Stumcoys iuxta Tregasowe; building repairs (some detail).

This must go in some way with AR/2/733 (court rolls of some of the same manors, 1518-19). These manors were all granted to the Earl of Oxford in 1492 (AR/1/995/3), and the documents concerning them may have been handed over at the sale of other Oxford manors to the Arundells in 1575.
