Catalogue description Original bundle of documents in a wrapper endorsed "Title Deeds relating to Premises in Warwick Row Coventry Purchased by The Reverend Mr Howlette of Mrs. Green": the property is variously described, but appears in a conveyance from Sarah Green to John Howlett as one messuage (formerly two), with the outbuildings, yard and garden at Grey Friars Green. It was sold by Benjamin Newland and Joseph Freeth to John Bayley in 1762 and purchased by Sarah Green from William Bayley in 1811. The bundle includes a copy probate of the will of John Bayley of Coventry victualler, 1769, which was made in 1811.
