(1) John Hocken jun. of Lewannick, yeoman, and w. Jane, (2) William Hocken of Lewannick, her brother, and John Edgcombe of Altarnun, yeoman, to (3) Johan Luce of Egloskerry, Jane Hocken's mother.

 

Recites: Margaret Champernowne's lease, 11 Dec. 1724.

 

Consideration: marriage formerly solemnised between John Hocken and Jane Luce

 

Assignment of 99 year lease of Slipper Hill in Egloskerry as part of Jane's marriage portion, and £100 "or the value thereof in money and goods", to John Hocken for Jane.
