(3) Thomas Dunne of Bircher. co. Herefs., esq.

(4) William Pinches of Ticklerton. co. Salop., esq. (a trustee for the said Thomas Dunne.

Recites: Thomas Harries and Francis Blithes Harries, by virtue of indenture of release dated 9 November 1811, have agreed with Dunne for sale of property as below.

(1) appoints to use of (3) cottage with parcel of land (24 p.) situated at Chelmick, parish of Hope Bowdler co Salop., late in poss. of John Cole and now in poss. of Elizabeth Morgan, widow, or undertenants.
