Quitclaim from Richard Clodeshall' Lord of Salteley juxta Burmyngeham son and heir of John Clodeshall' deceased to John Northewode of Coventre merchant, of the reversion of a term of years in a shop with chambers above and adjacent to the same in Coventre in 'vico comitis' [Earl Street] upon the corner of Bailylane on the one side and the shop of Richard Southam on the other in breadth, and extending from the highway as far as the land of Thomas Happesford 'gurdeler', in length.

 

Dated: 12 November 7 Henry IV.
