George Mortimer of Exeter, yeo.

Marke Delves of Cheriton, gent.

 

Whereas William Aish of Thronghleigh, gent., by deed of 20 June 1601 leased to Elizabeth White, daughter of Walter White of Throughleigh, now wife of the said George Mortimer, all that messuage, etc. called Torth Bowdon in Crediton, late in tenure of Walter Masters and Johane his wife, for 99 years if Alexander Aysh and Francis Aysh, sons of the said William Aysh, and Mathew Dann so long live, the term to commence at the death of Johane, wife of the said Walter Masters, at a yearly rent of 5/-. Being 'interessed' in the said premises, Elizabeth married the said George Mortimer.

 

This present indenture now witnesseth that the said George Mortimer assigns the above premises to Marke
