(3) Thomas Hargreaves of Arborfield Hall, Reading, Berks., esq. and John Hargreaves, jun., of Broad Oak, esq.

 

Conveyance and assignment from (1) to (2) at the direction of (2) of land, warehouses and offices called The Temple recently erected in Dale Street, Liverpool, partly freehold and partly leasehold, the latter for the residue of three terms of 999 years each, commencing in 1749, 1752 and 1758, reciting indentures of those dates, further reciting the transactions of James Grundy relating to various premises in Princes Street, Liverpool, the conveyance in 1861 of the premises to Sir William Brown, the demolition of the premises, the erection of The Temple, and summarising the will of Sir W.B. naming (2) as the devisees of his estates in 4/15ths each of the premises Rent for leasehold sections: £2 18s. 9d., 7s. 10½d, and 10s. 8d.
