Articles of Agreement: Richard Fleetwood of Penwortham, esq., and William Farington of Worden, esq., by mediation of Hughe Heskethe and James Anderton the yonger -- W. F., to lease to R. F., a parcel of ground, part of the king's lands in Penwortham, called the More-heyes, 7ac., for 21 years if W. F., Margarett his wife and Anne their daughter, so long live, at the yearly rent of 15/6, for £15, also a lease of parcels of lands, part of the king's inheritance in Penwortham, now in the occupation of Thomas Asshall, Richard Taylior and Rauffe Worden, R. F., paying 50/- for every acre -- Witn. William Preston, William Forster, John Somner. Seals.
