Rich. Jack died intestate 1723, his w. Honor dying before his estate administered; new administratrix appointed, Thomasine Pomeroy nee Hooker, dau. of Rich. Jack's sister Margery; Thomasine died and administration granted to her husband (as in CN/3013 above). Simon Kempe appointed by Honor Jack as exor. and attorney to pay debts

 

Jn. P. to go to London to settle Rich. J.'s account with Francis Foote who looked after Rich. J.'s legal affairs.
