(1) Messuage or dwelling house with appurtenances: Parcel of meadow or pasture land in the Middle South Low Field of Leadenham (7ac.) (except 2 cottages/at the north-eastern corner); 3 closes or parcels of land in the Middle North Low Field of Leadenham called Lambhovels (41ac. 24p.): parcel of land in the Common Pasture of Leadenham (9ac. 3r. 21p.); parcel of meadow or pasture land in the North Low Field (4ac.); parcel of land on the North Heath of Leadenham (11ac. 2r. 1p.).

 

(2) Two pieces or parcels of land on the North Heath, one called Pottergate Close (7ac. 27p.), the other Hill Close (7ac. 24p.).

 

(3) Piece of land (3ac. 36p.) called the Nooking Close.
