Administrative / biographical background:

The Wycombe District Manufacturers Association was formed in 1973 to promote the interests of industry in the High Wycombe area. At times there was collaboration with the High Wycombe Furniture Manufacturers Society. The WDMA merged with the South Bucks and East Berks Chamber of Commerce in 1988.
