Deed for the purpose of barring entail, (1) Anna Maria Hartley, 55, Gloucester Place, Portman Square, Middlesex, widow, (2) Caroline Annabella Emily Palmyra Hartley of the same place, spinster, (3) George Streater Kempson of 31, Abingdon Street, city of Westminster, gent.

 

Mansion house with gardens, homesteads, etc., messuage and garden called Johnsons Homestead, and a number of closes and pieces of land (names and acreages given).

 

These premises are subject to the uses of will of John Clark, gent., deceased, which was proved 20 March 1822. Now (1) and (2) convey them to (3), freed from entail and to the use of (2).

 

Attached is a letter from (2), concerning her signature, addressed to (3).
