Peter de Colepitte, Abbot of Bufestr' and convent to Nicholas le Noreys.

Tenement which John Donekan held in town of Kyngesbrigge on north side of public street leading to new Borough of Dodbrok above the mill leat of Kyngesbrigge between the convent's house and the tenement of William Coti, and the piece of land opposite the tenement on the south side of the said public street between Walter's tenement and the tenement of Henry de Angl'o stretching to bounds of Dodebrok, to hold with all liberties etc. of town by hereditary right for ever.

Rent 12d. for all services except suit of court as done by other burgesses of town.

Witnesses, William de Nyweton, Henry le Noreys, Adam de Hacche, William de Cruce, William Fayrefet then reeve of the town, Walter Coco, Thomas Coco.
