Wallis, gent; which Rich. Rowe purchased of Jn. Wallis, gent.; and 3 mess, in Millbrook nr. the cross there, in tenures of Anne Hann, wid., Thos. Meanes and Wm. Neuton; and Grubsparke and Grubs meadow, nr. town of Milbrook, in tenure of Mary Pope, wid., and 2/3 of 3 mess., cellars, palaces and quays or wharves at Weare point in Maker; 2/3 of the little Milmore, nr. Millpool and adjg. mill leat which runs to mills of Millbrook, which last mentioned tenmts. Rich. Rowe purchased of Geo. Phillip and Prudence, his wife; and all other lands of Rich.
