Probate copy of will, dated 5th August 1843, of Anne Barker of Lyndon, co. Rutland: appoints Jas. Fields, esq., of Harlesford Place, Kennington, the Rev. Fras. White, of Blakesley, co. Northants., and Fras. Ottey, esq., of the Exchequer to be her executors, residuary legatees and trustees of her will and for sale of her property, landed leasehold or personal which after her death she desires to be sold: after payment of debts and funeral expenses remainder to be applied to following legacies:- (a) £1,000 to the Rev. Thomas Kerchever Arnold (b) £2,000 to the Rev. Henry de Soe Baker (c) £1,500 to cousin the Rev. C. Ottey senior of South Fleet, Kent (d) £1,500 to Cousin Phil. Ottey (e) £100 to cousin Fras. Ottey (f) £1,500 to Cousin Rosamond Ottey (g) £500 to Cousin Sophia Thoresby (h) £500 to the S.P.G. (i) £1,000 to Cousin Amelia Haggitt (j) £500 to Cousin Marian Haggitt (k) £500 to Cousin D'Arcy Haggitt, brother of Marian (l) £500 to their mother Mrs. D'Arcy Haggitt (m) £2,500 to Mrs. Jas.
