Recites indentures of 25 July 1712, 10 Jan. 1720, 18 Aug. 1810, and lease and release of 26, 27 above, Jan. 1835. Now (a) on the nomination of (d) has assigned the remainder of terms of 500 and 1000 years to (e) in trust for (d).
