An Act to substitute for the Commissioners of the Port of Arundel and Harbour of Littlehampton a new Harbour Board and to transfer the harbour undertaking to them to change the name of the harbour to empower the West Sussex County Council to raise sums of money and to pay such sums to the Harbour Board to provide for contributions by local and other contributing authorities to amend the West Sussex County Council (Bridges) Act 1918 and for other purposes. 17 and 18 Geo. 5. ch. 1xvii.
