Robert Eyre of Armitage (in the county of Stafford), gentleman, to Edward Gill of Norton, yeoman. 2 waterwheels or sythwheeles standing under one house or roof near to Moscar lately in the tenure of Laurence Hobson, with the goytes, chanels, watercourses, shuttles etc., and a piece of land of ½ rood called the Litle Holme (boundaries described), with free passage over adjoining lands and with the right to build a cottage and warehouse. For a term of 21 years at an annual rent of 40s.
