Memd there is an Assignment of 3 severall terms to Mr Audly Bowdler & Mr Henry Bowdler of 4 severall Tenemt of which the premises purchased by George Juxell are parte kept on foote to attend the Inheritance. This intended to be kept by Mr Ashwood.

 

"But Mr Dukesell paid for it, as Appears by Mr Pitts Bill of Charges" 9 sheets of paper.
