(i) to (ii) the house and mansion with the appurtenances and all houses, tofts, crofts etc. in the occupation of George Wynterton adjoining the Rushgarden, between the lands of Humphry Babington on the east and the tenement of the Manor of Rothley on the west, in the occupation of George Simpkyn; 6 acres of arable, 3½ roods of pasture situated in Le Tugmyers and land lying in the Jurerholme and a parcel of pasture called Le Garlande and one acre of strips of pasture.

 

Consideration: The completion of an agreement made in a deed of the same date between (i) and (ii) in which the consideration was £40/2/4.
