Description:

To be buried, with the body of Elizabeth his daughter in the quire of Thornbury Parish Church with his wife Avice Tyndale and Edward Tyndale his son decd

 

Direction that for £5 paid to the said Wm. Clarke, Richd. Tratman and Richard Houghton by Thos. Tyndale then abiding beyond seas, they will levy a Fine of the Eastwood Park and premises to the use of the Will of the testator

 

Bequest to the said Thos. Tyndale of an Annuity of £40 until he is 20, then increased to £50 until he is 30

 

Also to said Thomas of 3 of testator's best Lutes, being a base, meane and treble and his virginalls and all books &c. and a posie ring of gold with this posie 'Sis pius in parentes et pauperes'

 

Legacies: to brothers Edw. Tratman and Henry Tyndale, nephew Edw. Tratman; sisters Anne Clarke, Katheryn Tratman, Margaret Hall, Elynor and Lucy; mother-in-law Agnes Bodye and mother-in-law Joan Tyndale. Other gifts of posey rings

 

Executors: brothers-in-law Wm. Clerk and Richd Tratman, and Mr. Richd. Stephens of Estington, Gloucester
