Description:

A certain messuage and one piece of land at Twynem, which they had by feoffment of Ralph atte Worthe, lying lengthways between the field called Sclip and the highway leading from Lyndforde bridge to Twynem bridge and abutting N. above the land which was Adam Edwards and the land of Emma atte Worthe

 

To hold to Isabel and Stephen for life, remainder to the heirs of Stephen, at an annual rent of 16d. at the feast of St. Thomas the Apostle, and scutage of 1d to the King. If Stephen dies without heir the property is to go to John atte Worthe, brother of Stephen, and his heirs, remainder to Joan atte Worthe, their sister, and her heirs, remainder to Ralph atte Worthe in perpetuity
