Commissioner Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Receipt of letter and warrants to comptrol payment of the Ruby, to send details of heights, of ports of Prizes as soon as they are taken into service and to allow the Torrington's Purser a month's longer leave. Has also received a letter from Mr Burley enclosing copies of their Lordships' orders to refit the Oxford for a voyage to the West Indies and the Syren for Channel service. The Cumberland Privateer sailed yesterday with several vessels under convoy including the Plymouth Transport. |
