Commissioner Philip Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Receipt of letters and warrants to comptrol the payment to the Augusta, to make an exchange between the Boatswains of the Panther and the new 60-gun ship, to enquire into the complaint of the Poldavy canvas delivered into this yard by Mr Triggs and to enter Henry Bullen, Boatswain of the Ipswich from the day he was discharged from the Prince George. This morning, Vice Admiral Anson in the Yarmouth with the Princess Louisa, Kent, Elizabeth, Captain, Salisbury, Augusta, Panther, Falkland, Portland Weazle Sloop and Charlton Cutter sailed and the Edinburgh and Princessa arrived, the former to be cleaned the latter to join Vice Admiral Anson.
