Following a visit that Hopgood made to the Under Secretary of State for the Home Office, S M Phillipps, regarding the fire at Thames Bank [London, Mr Cubitt's timber yard], he states that Mr Cubitt will match the governments offer of £100 reward making a total reward of £200 payable on conviction. |
