Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Richard Parkinson, Wellow, acknowledging receipt of his earlier letter of 20 February concerning fortnightly meetings and the division of the union into registration districts. They agree with his opinion that 4 districts for registration will be best. The Poor Law Commission do not doubt that Southwell will be mainly guided by the Registrar General Department.
