Letter from Paul Bauser, Auditor, to the Poor Law Commission, concerning a balance of £76:18:2 remaining in his hands as treasurer of the late Thurgarton Incorporation and requesting instructions as to whom this balance should be paid. Also contains a note from E Gulson, dated 16 November 1836, that the money be paid to the treasurer of the Southwell Union for the credit of the parishes in the late Thurgarton Incorporation.
