The Report of this Committee (the Denning Committee) was published in 1966 as Cmnd 3084. Before disposal action was taken in accordance with its recommendations, specimen pieces were extracted from the following series:- C 34-35, CP 1, CP 9, CP 49, E 11/75-102, E 155, E 170, IND 1, J 1-3, J 8-12, J 20-22, J 48-51, J 59, J 73, KB 103-104, KB 112, KB 116, KB 126-127. A Chancery registrar's court notebook of 1943, which would otherwise have been added to J 56 to which no further additions are being made, will also be found in this series, having been selected as a specimen of the notebooks for 1928-1952 since destroyed. |
