Robert Attwood on the day of the recognisance was seised in demesne of 3 messuages, 3 gardens, a barn, an orchard, 180 acres of arable, and 2 acres of woodland, in the Parishes of Ash next to Kingsdown, Stansted [in Wrotham Hundred], and Kemsing [in Codsheath Hundred]; of 40 acres of arable, 40 acres of woodland, called Chepsted, 50 acres of arable, and 30 acres of woodland, called Sextens, in Kingsdown next to Farningham [in Axton, Dartford, and Wilmington Hundreds]; of a messuage, a garden, 10 acres of arable, and 20 acres of woodland and heath, called Shorsfold, in Fawkham {Facam} [in Axton, Dartford, and Wilmington Hundreds], worth £8 altogether after expenses. He had no goods or chattels.
