Addressees: King and council.
Nature of request: Margaret and Denise, daughters of Robert de Redwar, who are under age and indeed not yet of the age of discretion, state through Thomas de Fennewik, their closest kinsman, who sues for them, that William de Heddon and Isabel, wife of Robert de Redwar, murdered Robert by conspiracy between them, and that William de Tyndale, the Coroner, who found this by inquisition, has taken Robert's goods into the King's hand as forfeit, and will not allow Margaret and Denise to have any part of them, as they should. Thomas requests a remedy.
Nature of endorsement: The coroner is to be ordered to have the inquisition held before him brought.
Places mentioned: Northumberland.
