He further asks that concerning the sum assigned to be paid to him upon the provost of Bayonne that the constable will make the assignment or pay him, as the constable has not done anything on this. He further asks that seneschal and constable be commanded not to disturb him in a certain place granted to him by the king's father for his service in Gascony and Scotland.
