Commissioner Thomas Hanway, Chatham. Receipt of warrants not to enter certain persons, discharged from Plymouth, to receive stores, to allow leave to the Boatswain of the Sterling Castle and Pursers of the Marlborough and Robuste, to provide coyles for Deptford on demand, to sheathe the Minerva at Sheerness but fit her to lay in Ordinary and to send English oak plank to Sheerness. Sheerness is not to expect Messrs. Thornton and Cornwall to complete their contract for Riga hemp by 10 or 15 tons.
